Plain-language privacy.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it. The whole policy is below, in the same plain language as everything else here.

What we collect
Only what you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, that's your name, phone number, email, business name if you add it, and whatever you write in a note. If you take the 30-second questionnaire, your result shows without asking for anything — your answers only reach us if you choose to leave your details afterward.
Like most websites, we may also count visits — how many people saw a page, not who they are.
How we use it
To get back to you. We use your contact details to call, text, or email you about your inquiry, point you at the right starting place, and deliver whatever you asked us for. That's it — no newsletters, no lists, no spam.
Text messages (SMS consent)
SMS / Text Messaging Consent. Phone numbers and SMS consent collected by ARiseMatic are used solely to contact you about your inquiry and our services. We will never share, sell, or rent your phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We only text you if you checked the consent box on a form, or if you called or texted us first.
Who else touches it
A few service providers help us answer you — the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, our phone system, and our email provider. They handle your information to deliver your message, never for their own marketing. We never share, sell, or rent your information to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
The only other times we'd disclose anything: if the law requires it, or if the business itself is ever sold or merged — in which case this policy still applies to your information.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. If we measure traffic, it's with privacy-friendly analytics that counts visits without following you around the web.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your inquiry or work together — and no longer than useful. Ask us to delete what we have on you, and we will.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new date. We won't quietly weaken it.
